·         As the only technology employee for the entire Girard City School District, I was solely responsible for the planning, implementation, repair, and maintenance of all of the district’s technology and for training the staff on its use. This included:

o    Planned, implemented, and supported a new Windows Server 2003 domain

o    Multiple data and overhead projectors

Lead Technician

·         This position began as a volunteer position during my sophomore year at Newton Falls Schools and then became a paid position my junior year through a year after graduation. As the Lead Technician, I was the head of a team of student technicians who performed basic IT functions for the district. I aided in the planning and implementation of various technologies from new Windows 2000 and 2003 domains to installing new computer labs and network equipment. I also helped provide staff training, aided in the design of the district’s website and intranet, and created a Perl-script driven system to help provision Active Directory user accounts for the district’s 1800 students.
